So much crashing

I've had a few scattered crashes throughout my playing so far, but now the game is litterally unplayable. I'm on the first day of sports club practice and right after Ko stops me to tell me that practice is today the game crashes

Is there any way to stop this from happening? I really just want to play the game and I don't want to potentially wait an eternity for atlus to "fix" it

The game for me either crashes on the first loading screen or will crash randomly during dialogue or loading screens.

The only option seems to be to wait for a patch and hope it comes in the next few days

Disable any non steam overlays, anything that injects itself will crash the game, also play in borderless fullscreen.

MSI afterburner and Discord overlay straight up break the game

I don't have discord overlay on and I'll check to see if I have it on borderless but I think I am playing on fullscreen

it seems changing it to borderless worked but since it is late I had to quit after half an hour so I will keep trying and I will post here again if it crashes still

Lol I feel bad for some people, I got buttery smooth gameplay and I never crash.

Borderless Fullscreen helped a bit, still crashes :/

I had one crash the other day in the dungeon, lost 1 hour but no issues after.
Had another crash this morning and it has been non stop since. Always happens at the end of combat anywhere between 1-10 mins starting the dungeon, stuck on black screen each time after battle. Tried so many "Fixes" but no luck.

Try installing a 4gb patch (https://ntcore.com/?page_id=371) over the exe. The game is limited in his max ram usage, making it crash sometime.
I don't have any issue since I did it.

Haven't had any crashes at all since I downloaded and installed P4G, played through till June 1st in one sitting without any crashes at all still.

What are your pc specs? Are you on windows 10? Are your graphics drivers updated?

I'm using a R5 3600+ 1080 Ti on Windows 10 May 2020 update, Version 2004 OS Build 19041.329.
I'm also on Nvidia Game Ready Drivers version 446.14

Maxed out 1440p settings at 200% render scale locked 144fps with ZERO CRASHES and ZERO CUTSCENE stutters.
