This thread should die

First off, its not clear what Kanji's sexuality is, so you cannot make that statement.
He's into Naoto, but comes off as would be down with whatever the outcome was for Naoto's gender. So you can at least make a strong case that he's probably pansexual.
or he could be bi since he was into naoto before and after knowing they were female
or he could be straight and that's why he was so confused about having feelings for someone he thought was a guy
or he could be gay since he had feelings for someone who looked and acted like a boy most of the time.
the real answer to what sexuality is Kanji? whichever one you feel like
IDK why y'all are still replying to this dude. Everyone here except for a small select few have presented very reasonable explanations, to which OP ignored and instead quoted and went after the people insulting him/her in the thread. This is probably bait.
he is closet gay . those people tends to be super homophobic
I would say he is an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ :p4g_frown:, but I suppose he is a kid.
The devs have done a really good job, the character is very well done. I don't like him, specially because he does not have the balls to tell the true or he does things like the beauty contest and then he complains.
Despite I don't like him, I prefer him more than Ryuji from Persona 5. He is flat and dull.

It was kind of weird that during the resolution of Kanji’s dungeon Yosuke appeared to be understanding, but then he reverted to being a jerk during the school trip. The game needed more dialogue options where the protagonist told him he was being an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. :P
This game has a ton of references to pagan myths touching such topics as castration, incest and necrophilia to name a few, and the op is apparently fine with all that. But typical highschool teasing behaviour from a highschool character is a big "no-no" for some reason.
omg this has been the most idiotic thread ive ever read, the question that started all of this is dumb in itself, ive realized how much of a snowflake everyone has become where they started to be offended over something that isnt even hinted towards. also using ♥♥♥♥♥♥ isnt even that offensive so just stop being butthurt over everything
Yosuke is NOT homophobic, Naoto is NOT trans, and its not even confirmed ingame that Kanji is gay

Yet Valve decided you needed to be censored when you said it.
♥♥♥♥
see they even censor the "f" word, they just censor words like that, saying the "r" word is like saying the "f" word so yeah, my point still stands, if you get offended over the "f" word, wow

Well the 'f' word is offensive so...
bruh

♥♥♥♥ is a swear. Obviously it's censored.

That’s like saying disabled is a slur.
I know I'm a few months late for this thread, but the 'r' word is a slur. Just like the 's' word and 'm' word used to be medical terms until they became slurs, because when people use words as insults to offend others, they become unsuitable for use in common language.
it's not, just because they can be used as insults doesn't make them slurs. that's like saying calling someone short is a slur. also please for the love of god just say the words, i have no idea what you're talking about.
Origineel geplaatst door Nightfury:
You don't know which words I'm talking about because people don't use them anymore. Because they're offensive. In exactly the same way the 'r' words has recently become.
i don't know what word you're reffering to be the "s" word could refer to a lot of different things and i've never heard a swear that starts with letter m in my entire life
Origineel geplaatst door Nightfury:
And that's a good thing.
for you, yes. because since you won't even tell me what the supposedly offensive word even is i have no way of making an opinion on it or making a case as to why it's not.
