Is there anyway to remove TV scanlines effect in dungeon?

Not yet, it was alarming for me too coming from P5 as my only persona game. The Tv boarder too was strange when using the ultra wide "mod." If someone can remove the canvas effect from Valkyria Chronicals, then it is possible someone skilled enough could dig and figure that effect out and how to shut it off. Just have to wait and see.

But after a bit it doesn't bother me and its part of them "being in a TV." Persona 5 had this type of effect as well but was more severe and border like. A mod removed it for P5 but only if you were using a PS3 emulator.
