You are safe. There is a bear, but he is a friend, and while a good chunk of the plot is investigating a series of murders and kidnappings performed via supernatural means, you are not going to be exposed to any "execution scenes" or any of the gore that danganronpa is known for.

The game has it's dark moments, but the tone is nothing like danganronpa, trust me.
