"System does not meet minimum requirements"
Trying to start this on my 7 or 8 year old potato laptop and I get this message. Is there any way to bypass this? I don't even mind if the game doesn't run very well, I just wish I could actually see what its like instead of being gated. If its any help I have an Intel Pentium B960 CPU and 4 gb RAM.

It means the laptop Is so weak it can’t even launch the game, let alone run it. Its below “run it badly”

no dedicated graphics card (gpu)?

No you can't bypass it, you don't even have a GPU capable of rendering this game.

Ok I'm stupid and forgot to mention the GPU somehow. Intel HD graphics 3000.

tbf an IGN article said the game ran fine on integrated GPUs, so there has to be a way

idk if this helps but you can try "systemrequirementslab.com" and if Persona is listed, you can get a systems check to see w ats going on. Idk how accurate it is though.

Ah, well Op seems you only have a couple of options. Invest in a new Laptop or buy a used vita

To be expected I suppose, I know my laptop is garbo tier. Just kinda bugs me it doesn't even let me see anything, almost any other game will boot up regardless so with this being a port of a vita game I got surprised.

Based on the CPU, That is a 9 year old laptop that wasn't built for gaming when it came out. The argument, but it's a *insert platform here* game isn't a great argument to begin with since there's more to that when it comes to compatibility. It especially doesn't work on a non-gaming laptop as old as the Vita itself, which is actually more powerful than that laptop.

That said, now I'm really curious if the game really needs a DX11 feature level. Maybe it could use DX11 with a DX10 or DX10.1 feature level, which would enable it to work on lower end hardware too.

doesn't matter what you think the game is, it's a full PC game with full PC controls, and it needs DX11 for rendering. You can't run dx11 with a dx 10 card
