They're all 160kbps.
So no, it's not the full soundtrack.
Although the "Persona 4 Dancing All Night Soundtrack" (which I got with the Crazy Value Pack from Japan was an exception) and the P3/P5 dance games had a good size soundtrack (not sure if these soundtracks are the same in the US).
And of course, there was the "Persona 4 the Golden Animation" anime soundtracks which were awesome (and came with the limited edition of the Blu-ray release in the USA).
As for the video game, In Japan, "Persona 4" had three soundtracks, "Persona 4 - Original Soundtrack" with 52 tracks, "Never More -reincarnation PERSONA 4-" (a music arrangement album) featuring 12 tracks and "Persona 4 Golden Original Soundtrack" featuring 15 tracks that were featured in the Vita version.
So not surprised there are nine tracks for the deluxe which is under $25. For those who purchase Atlus games, aside from "Catherine", "Atlus" games prices always fluctuate and tend to stay high, especially the deluxe editions of their games.
Granted, this is the first "Persona" game on the Steam, so it will be interesting to see how "Persona" deluxe games will be released in the near future.
Thanks for the info. I'll probably just go with the standard game in that case.
Unless you want art book, better stay with standard edition.
