Cutscenes stuttering
I have this game on maxed out settings and it runs really well in game, but when it comes to cutscenes, it sutters a lot. Is there anyway to fix it?

The "fix" is to wait for Sega to remove Denuvo. It's dragging down system performance which is affecting cutscene playback. There is no other fix.

Grand. I enjoy games at launch that have stuttering issues.

Same here, game runs perfectly fine, but takes a dump during every FMV, stuttering both visually and audio wise.

I understand my PC is old but everything outside of the FMVs run fine.

Ok so I think I fixed it. My resolution scaling was at 200%, I just bumped it down to 150% and the midnight channel cutscene is working fine.
