6/23 UPDATE:

There is a known issue about PS4 and other controllers that have voice chat functionality,
causing the audio to not play. Please try the following steps and let us know in the thread if this resolves the issue for you.

This bug is triggered by Windows automatically recognizing the controller as a headset device, and switches the usable audio device.

When this occurs, the following steps can resolve the issue, getting audio to play again correctly.

1. Open Control Panel
↓
2. Select Sound from “Hardware and Sound”
↓
3. Select the “Playback” tab
↓
4. With the “Playback” tab open, do the following:

5. Select the device you'd like to play audio and right-click.
　 → If it shows ”Enable”, then click to enable it
↓
6. Select the headset or headphones (in the case of PS4 controller), right-click and select, "Disable" to disable it.
↓
7. Reconfirm that the audio device you'd like to use is enabled.
↓
8. Play the game to check that audio is playing.

The cutscenes are very very very laggy, it's really disappointing starting up the game and having to hear "shadow world" stuttering in my headphones

Hi, I'm noticing a weird bug where fullscreen is limited to 60FPS, but I can get 120FPS if I run the game in windowed mode. Could this please be addressed?

Also, please remove Denuvo. I understand the logic behind its inclusion, but pirates will eventually crack it anyway and at that point the only people it hurts are those who bought the game legitimately.

Same here, cutscenes are fine, absolutely no audio otherwise

I'm having the same problem as ExaggeratedHonesty - no music or sound during gameplay or menus, cutscenes work fine. Running Windows 10, fully updated.

I'm having this exact issue. No idea why this is happening.

Remove Denuvo please

The game opens up to a blank window and crashes immediately with a sorry message. might have to refund this until it is patched or a fix is found.
Fixed: The game was crashing due to having Rivatuner Statistics Server (RTSS) running in the background. Turning the program off let the game launch and is now working for me with no issues.
