I'm trying to get to phase 7, but when I repply to frau kojiro twippo the next day I get the Nae route again.

You need to unlock routes with Twipo messages, a la Steins;Gate.

You should follow KKB's guide and do all messages (at the minimum, all of Junna's).

Since you have already read it all, start over and skip right up to the designated places.
