[Bug] Virtuous Cycle: Can't press any key at 'Seed of infinity found' screen

Hello devs,

Just completed one cycle with Eredrim. After interacting with the last pillar, I can't retrieve the 'Obsidian Seed'.
It tells to press Spacebar to 'Continue' but pressing/holding spacebar has no effect.
I tried Esc... Enter... all other keys... tried to change bindings... but still won't let me continue.

Any clues on how to solve this issue ?

PS: I don't own a controller so I didn't try to skip screen with it. Actively looking for a keyboard fix.
