Why doesn't it say on the store page it includes "Rotten Autumn"?

prolly cuz it doesnt include rotten autumn dlc seasonal content

It does, the season content toggle is in the game, also you have rotten metal music toggle for bosses too.
It's a dlc only in other stores.

But Ive never met pumpking enemies... I guess it was autumn content

Rotten Autumn is a seasonal update, so not exactly a DLC. You can change the boss music at any time and get the shades at any time from Gorf. In October there will be some pumpkin stuff on the home screen of the game, pumpkin head bandits will spawn rarely in Fallgrim, and you can get the rotten gourd item.
