Stutter problem

Game constantly keeps stuttering, i tried putting -npd and -str in command line, but not big difference. I tried changing FPS to 60, but that didn't work too. Hope you'll help me, if you need some additional info, i will write it. Cheers

You forgot -nonv? Important if you have an nvidia card

I have Ati card, i tried your discussion about stutter and it fixed it just a little bit, but not enough. I also meet system requirements on systemrequirementslab.com and tried most of the things i've found.

If you're able to use DirectX 11 you may switch to it. -dx11
Try: +jobs_numThreads 0 in command line
If that doesnt help you may try in windowed mode: -windowed

I already tried "+jobs_numThreads 0", but it made launcher restarting, so i deleted it, i turned on DirectX 11 in Options, but no difference...

I tried what you wrote, but it didn't work. I changed it to dx9 and defragmented HDD, so it is better now. I get around 13-19 FPS outside and 15-27 inside, which is kinda playable, but if you or someone else have other solutions, i would like to hear them :)
