Bought Complete Edition - where are my DLC?!

Few hours ago I decided to buy LA Noire Complete Edition (or whatever the name is). Now, when I've downloaded game from Steam, I want to check if I got included pack of DLC. I clicked in DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT inside the game and window with offer DLC Pack appeared. I don't know what should I do now. Any propositions?

DLD's should automatically download and install. Try restarting Steam, then the computer is it doesn't work then.

I don't know about the outfits (I think you can change that in-game), but the extra cases are on the Case menu, above the Option menu.

Do not worry, you have all the DLCs. If you right click your game and view the DLC and see the DLC bundle you are fine. The DLC stories are added to the game and you will run across them as you start to complete missions. The outfits can be changed by pressing escape and selecting outfits. You can only do this once you complete the first few missions and become a detective and not a patrol officer anymore.
