Blurry casebook

I can't read the evidence in the casebook a lot of the time.
I go into the casebook and all the text is completely out of focus and is a blur.
I tried uninstalling the amd transcoder files that someone else suggested and it made no difference, the casebook still goes blurry.
Nothing else is going blurry just the casebook.
Can anyone help me with this?

I'm answering my question : Activating SSAO in the graphic options solved the problem.

Activating SSAO does indeed fix this problem.

8 years later and I just want to say how much I appreciate you actually saying how you fixed it. Was running perfectly fine without SSO until the Traffic Desk, but the notebook was blurry until SSO was reactivated
