How frequent is the nudity in this game?

Pretty much only the beginning of the homicide cases; most of the victims are left battered and ♥♥♥♥. Otherwise, nudity isn't very frequent at all.

Indeed. It all depends on the maturity, not age, of the player. There's a line though, kids don't have the same perception adults have.
