Perhaps you could edit when certain songs will play. Like, I have a 50-second version of Auld Lang Syne recorded back in the 30's. It would be the exact sort of thing a station might play before going off the air for the night. I would want to rig it so the game plays it at Midnight
The studio has been shut down. All the documentation is boxed up and buried in storage somewhere. All the staff have left and got jobs elsewhere, some of them even outside the industry. It's definitely too late.
What? Rockstar's been shut down?
Still, that probably will never happen. I'm not sure if Rockstar themself fully know how this engine works.
Well, what they could do is re-release the game, rebuilt on some level, within the next console generation or two. No doubt in that time they'll want to make an HD re-release. Easy enough profit, and a B or C or outsourced team can accomplish it.
That would be awesome. The main beef I have with this game is driving and vehicle damage system, and maybe some minor graphical stuff. Maybe player controls a bit too. Some of my friends dropped the game after 10 minutes because of it's driving, I had to convince them to stick with it a bit more) If they remade it and rereleased - it would be the best game ever.
But again, no one knows if that stuff would be easy to fix for the guys who didn't work on the engine. And some decisions they made on GTA5 makes me wonder if they won't actually make it worse.
Neither of you seem very moved by the fact you can't write anything in the notebook.
IN THE NOTEBOOK.
