Gameplay is too slow, repetetive and boring overall.

I'm 20 hours in, been idling some time and in the mission where the two men died of overdose of morphine.

Game runs fine and was good for the first 5 hours at least but I have noticed it plays the same annoying music all the time, looking for evidence couldn't be less fun it's the same thing all the time and just playing this makes me really tired because anything interesting isn't really happening.

Characters are interesting and interrogation does it's thing but the rest of the gameplay is just so bland... I don't feel it's worth playing anymore.

Will there be any build up towards the end and is the ending satisfying and worth all this?
If not I'm done with this.

I am playing this a second time around, because I never finished it the first time. I am determined to beat it, but I agree with your sentiments. The game looks amazing! I was expecting it to me more open ended like the GTA series, where you get to decide when a mission starts and there are things to do in the massive gameplay world. Instead, I feel like I am always chasing a yellow flag to stare at a corpse. The environment is huge, which makes it very disappointing that they didn't create more things to do inside of it. The only thing the big environment does in this situation, is assure you are driving a long time to get to your next objective.

Hold the button/key you enter into the car with and the npc detective actually drives you to your goal almost instantly. ♥♥♥♥ those constant side missions always on the other side of the map.

This game is not for everyone. I find the slow pace and attention to detail refreshing. Just a fun change of pace type of game. That being said, I can not wait until GTAV is released for the PC in a few days.

I picked a few new style games instead of fps online offline missions Like Mafia 2, I am alive,This game, Biosshock newest and all 3 Newest Arkham Batmans and few other and so far I am enjoying this style alot and pace as well and figuring stuff out fun not for evryone is right but cheap enough to give try one day

If it wasn't for the fact that I love Bioshock for it's story and Arkham for it's... well everything and I'm interested to try Mafia 2 at some point.

Yeah. I think this game was created mostly to show off the face capturing technology. But I enjoy the little stories and interactions with NPCs.

OP, I finished it was long ago... I don't remember any crazy ending or anything. IIRC, there's a big shootout in a mansion, and you chase someone for a long time. It was fun enough, but if it feels like a chore to you, do something else instead. This game doesn't have some insane twist or anything.

When I first played this game years ago I got fed up too but I still wanted to see the story and play through the game. Look online for a walkthrough guide so you take all the finding and searching time out of the equation. When you know what to do all the searching goes by super quick and you just get to the point.
