How do i change the subtitle language?

I really can`t find any option to change the subtitle language neither ingame nor in steam. Any help would be appreciated!

I went to Reddit and found these instructions:
If you want to add commands or change language and etc, go to:

C:\Users\(Your Username Here)\Documents\Rockstar Games\L.A. Noire

and open settings.ini with notepad. You'll be able to change stuff from there.

After following these instructions I was able to change the language of the subtitles, although I would have preferred to change them from the Rockstar Launcher.

Go to the steam library -> right click on l.a. noire -> settings -> general -> at startoptions you enter (f.e. german)
