Bug in "The Gas Man" with Clemens

I have to say, after the start of the game Unlock the FPS 60 through CheatEngine (because of that I previously could not shade the text in another task). But now, at startup the game without unlocking on FPS nothing changes.
Bug: I could not ask Clemens third question, which is why I'm stuck - I only available Instheat company and workplace Clemens. I'll try to go of these days with 30 fps, but if not succeed ... you have a solution?

It has been a while but I leave it in writing here just in case, if the dialogue with clemens does not jump, check all the clues in instaheat, in my case, I needed to check well (open the box) in Reginald Varley's locker to find a Mosquito Coils .

I did have this problem too. I restarted the chapter, I checked lockers from left to right and I chased down Varley before talking to Clemens.
