Bug or stuck at case "Reefer Madness"

I cant figure out whether i stuck or found a bug in case "Reefer Madness". I did everything that walkthrough told me to do (http://portforward.com/games/walkthroughs/L.A.-Noire-DLC-Cases/Reefer-Madness.htm) until i stuck at tomato soup office. There is receptionist that should have talked to me and showed me the way into the office. But in my case the receptionist never talked to me. When i came into the office and tried to talk wit her, all she said was "oh im just a receptionist, i dont know anything". And thats all, no cutscene, no dialog, nothing. Another suspicious thing - when i tried to talk to my partnet, whom should have gave me advice, he just stood in silence. Before that, in any stage of the game, my partners gave me advices, so now i think i stuck with the bug. I returned into first house and re-checked every clue and still no good came out of it. Receptionist just doesnt talk. And the next location, the martket, is closed and i cant get there either. So what should i do? I dont think that re-playing the chapter is gonna help, it seems like serious bug.

Replay the mission, find the bonus clue in the house that leads to the market (a paper in a back room), go to shop first and question the clerk, assault factory

i had the same problem but i solved without having to replay the mission. You just have to find all the clues in the residence.
