Graphical glitches

I've been playing this game and have noticed some graphical glitches.
When spinning the camera sometimes part of the screen flash in black, it's not common but I've seen it several times; and sometimes when it's raining and I spin the camera I see a big white flash on a small portion of the screen, like a splatter.

Is anyone else seeing these? I have an MSI GTX 670 PE with the latest drivers, I have forced 16x anisotroping filtering and vsync in the drivers and all game settings maxed. This is not game breaking, but is surely annoying in an otherwise flawless running game.

Nevermind. I turn on DX11 and give launcher new property setting -nonv.
