Any Fix for windows 10 yet?

I bought this game during the christmas sale, was really looking forward to it. But it refuses to launch in windows 10 and I see it's a known issue. There's a few links on the web that say install this, download that. I'm curious if anyone has found a known fix yet before I submit for a refund.

Actually L.A. Noire worked perfectly with my Win 10 64-bit professional edition.So it might be your computer's software probelm

I got mine working with DX9 and not the highest settings of my screen.
I have a 3840x2160 screen but putting the game on 1920x1080 maximum works for me

Are you running AVG Antivirus? Sometimes it interferes with launching the game. You may have to temporarily disable it in order for it to run.

Yeah the issue I'm having seems to be well documented. Just crashes on launch. Known Windows 10 issue. No AVG, all my specs check out. I'm glad it's working for you all but I see there were many complaints from the christmas sale of people like me who bought it and it doesn't work. Here's hoping I figure out some sort of fix! Hear great things and would love to play it.

"an unknown error has occured. Please restart the game" and it's the LA Noire Fatal Error Screen.

Is the problem at launch of game (failure) or crashing when it runs?

I'm on Windows 10 64Bit and mine crashes sometimes, but it runs fine. I just can't change my graphic options during cutscenes.

Have you tried going into the options before hitting launch game and changing the renderer to DirectX 11? I worked on it for a while and that finally worked for me.
