Graphic Stuttering/Lag Issue

I have a Windows 10 PC with Intel Core i5 4590 processor, GeForce GTX750oc Graphics card and 8 GB of Ram. Whenever walking or any kind of movement in the game the Graphics Stutter and lag. I tried what this forum said to do, http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2817368, but now I cant get it to launch. Any ideas on fixing both?

Try to run steam as adminstrator then launch LA Noire.

I too had this problem and as I dig for info I found out that running steam as admin was all I had to do.

This game runs like crap on the PC port.

Use DX9 instead of 11.

Hey Billy the Kid, I tried that and still got pretty bad stuttering.

Ealdwine, I checked, its running in DX9.

A friend of mine found the problem. For some reason it was going into DirectX9 by itself and if you tried to force it into DirectX11 it wouldnt do it. He did some changes and got it to work. It needed DirectX11 and it runs AMAZINGLY

I use DX9 and single threaded.

Switch CPU to single threaded if you have a decent one. I get native 4K and 4xSGSSAA at 30FPS on a 2500k and 970 so dx11 and multi threaded is useless basically. Does nothing but cause huge stutters for me.

to get 50fps unlock download this, click the link just below the donate icon, it's highlighted blue. you need to make sure it's open when launching the game.

find la noir using the drop list, then once you found added it, click on the setting symbol next to the drop list and select the 59fps option. then got to settings and put a hotkey in the bottom.

so open windscreen before you start the game, go into the game, alt tab back out change it to 60 fps in widescreen then go to settings are put in your hotkey this should then activate in game. A pain in the a** but it makes it much smoother.
