Moose Achievement

i followed Candy without ever being spotted
i never took cover or went incognito
achievement did not pop
now i am past the point where i can try again without restarting the entire chapter
is there a known bug with the achievement not popping or does it make sense to just try again and replay the chapter from scratch?

not spotted ..no achievement
sigh..

well i played the chapter again ..a third time...
i did everything the same as the prior 2 times
this time the achievement popped
go figure....

Ok i failed it first time, second time I got achievement in social club but not in steam, exit game comes back achievement not in social club and not registering in steam either. wtf...
