I've tried everything, reinstalling the game, verifiying the cache, reinstalling Direct X, Patching Social Club. Everything.

Rockstar, please fix this. I ♥♥♥♥ing love this game and i'm really getting into it, I can't get into a game that often like this game so please fix this!

Anyone else experiencing issues?

Thanks for the tip Ozone, Im almost desperate enough to risk it though. Literally spent over 12 hours trying to fix it over the last 3 days... 3 days of "gaming" turned into this..... Well I appreciate you and all others trying to help at least.

I have personally installed a cracked version along with the original in 2 locations, I paid for the game and have a right to play it.

Yep, I just installed it, and I didn't have a chance to log into Social Club.

Then this must definitely be the problem, I'm playing L.A Noire and it's just fine. I keep myself logged into Social Club, so this must be a problem with it.

Mine was working for 4 hours right before the patch and i had to log in to Social club to play back when it worked.

Darn, The only fix I can think of now is to delete Social Club from L.A Noire, but I don't have a clue on how to do that.

Actually LA Noire doesn't even connect to social club, when it launches this small window which is to enable me to go to offline mode just goes so fast it only blinks for a second, then i get this options screen when i see game version 1.3 and i can go to options and change gfx settings. Anyway whatever the settings i put it goes like 15-20 fps on windows 7 and on windows 10 i cannot get into the game. Also my GTA 4 got ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up cuz it couldnt connect to social club, so i went into offline mode and saw that no save games are available and i need to go from the very beginning. I got so pissed off!!!!

In starting to think with everyone mentioning Max Payne and Gta4 it has to be a rockstar patch issue for sure now.

Good work sammy can you let me know the exact file name of the patch? I believe i tried that one but have to confirm. I still have all my files i downloaded trying to fix nicely organized. also see my new discussion on the community page and help me fight the good fight.

Bad news. The patch found at: http://www.rockstargames.com/downloads#/?collection=9 won't even run. There's a social club patch, ran that, It updated the game's social club but did nothing overall. :(

That's the one. I also tried running: L.A Noire.exe In Administrator too, but didn't work.

Yep the OFFICIAL patch from R* doesnt work. I tried the same one about a dozen times with different techniques...

maybe we can write a list of what we have tried so we are not repeting the same things?

It needs patching nothing works.
Everyone just submit a ticket to rockstar and tweet them.
But the downside is it's a really old game 2011 and all rockstar care about is money.
