I've tried everything, reinstalling the game, verifiying the cache, reinstalling Direct X, Patching Social Club. Everything.

Rockstar, please fix this. I ♥♥♥♥ing love this game and i'm really getting into it, I can't get into a game that often like this game so please fix this!

Thanks for the tip Ozone, Im almost desperate enough to risk it though. Literally spent over 12 hours trying to fix it over the last 3 days... 3 days of "gaming" turned into this..... Well I appreciate you and all others trying to help at least.

I have personally installed a cracked version along with the original in 2 locations, I paid for the game and have a right to play it.

It it wouldn't matter much to me anyway. I want my achievements and my gameplay time recorded :(

Got same problem like You guys. Windows 10 and game after splash with loading text just crash withou any error. It stop working after that splash:

Ofc i try run everythings as admin. Got 1.3 version and after 2h of Googling i don't know what to do.

Did you download the cracked version from torrent sites or did you just download the crack alone and cracked the game you downloaded from Steam?

I have the same problem.

The game was working fine on my windows 10 machine the 30th of June (almost 2 weeks ago) . But now, after updating steam and the game, it appears the game won't launch correctly after clicking "Launch game" in the initial startup screen.

I do get the the following centered and overlaying screen for 3 seconds, and then it just returns to desktop:

Let's hope steam or the game developers will fix this soon!

I'm getting achievements and gametime. I launch it through steam not the crack.

I'm having the same problem, bought the game two days ago, it jist wont start. I will post a negative review for that one, we have paied for this, they should fix it.
