Chandellier scene - How to do it???

Its impossible for me. All the google links say how to do it on controller but no one helps with keyboard. What am I supposed to do? He keeps leaning forward and back like a deranged person. Some attempts the chandellier is swinging like there's no tomorrow sometimes it just stops... HELP ME please

Figured it out, why do those people list the inputs needed as WASD when only SD is required

I think it's just to show what way the chandelier can be moved, it's up to the player to figure out what to do. To be honest though it took me a second try, it can be remotely confusing at first.

yes but since i saw "use WASD to swing" I thought it was literal so I kept pressing all 4 keys when only SD gets the objective complete

Yeah, it tricked me up too. I think it's just the game telling you your options and letting the player decide, it was probably intentionally misleading in a way, but it's not too tricky.
