WINDOWS 11 FIX????

I've played this game several times and I love it dearly. I recently updated my laptop to Windows 11, and noticed it requires TWO launchers to run this damn game. The game itself installed fine, but IT WON'T FKN LAUNCH! I looked into the version of my DirectX (which is 12), tried running every app as an admin, and tried to bypass the third party launcher (Rockstar). I noticed that the DirectX file installed in the base files won't install without error, but I don't understand why my laptop tries to do so when I launch the game since I have the latest DirectX version. Getting really fed up. If you have solutions PLEASE inform me. Thx.
