How do I get back into the initial graphics options that happen with 1st launch?

So when you launch the game for the first time it loads up a menu before hand asking if you want to change graphics and such. Since doing that I can't figure out how to get that menu back as I need to change some things in it. I've tried launching LanLauncher in the file folder but it just launches straight into the game.

You need to go into the Rockstar Games Launcher options for the game. after the last update bro

I went into it but the only thing I get is "play on steam". If I go into settings within the rockstar launcher the game isn't in there like GTA or RDR2 to mess with the actual game settings.

don´t bother with these options. just edit the settings.ini in the documents/rockstar games/LA Noire folder.

im having the same issue but with La Noire? for some reason I cant get the initial settings options back for the game and can't fullscreen it...
