Game opens on second monitor
This is the only game that does this. Yes, my primary display is marked as such. Unfortunately, I run Windows 10. Until this morning this wasn't as much of a problem because I could trick the window into 'not responding' so I could move it. Now it runs smoothly. Yes, I'm running windowed mode but now I can't get it back on my primary monitor. Has anyone else run into this problem?

I wish I had answers to help you, I don't. I switched to Linux and no longer deal with Windows, so it's different issues now. I wish you luck in finding a good fix.
The Game doesn't have Multi-Monitor support natively. You need a Widescreen fix. https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/L.A._Noire

Maybe this can help.

It does not. This person, as I do as well, has multiple monitors, but not using them for any super wide applications, but single monitors. For me it does not open on my main monitor and this obviously doesnt fix it, as it isnt about widescreen but Monitor choice.

Still having that issue btw.

HI, I tried going to settings and displays then duplicate the screens and its kind of annoying but it helped me put it on my second monitor :)

If anyone else comes looking for a fix - I unplugged the monitor I didn't want LA Noire to run on - launched LA Noire and then replugged in the second monitor. It's now running on the one I want :)

What I'm doing to fix is to always go to options and change the resolution. Applying this, the game moves to my default screen. Then I switch back to 1080p and the games keeps being there.

What works for me is right clicking the top bar of the game then select move. It allows you to drag to the correct monitor. Works if you don't have the game in full screen yet. Hit Alt and enter to do so.

I found a fix on windows!

1. Launch the game
2. Options
3. Display
4. Graphics
5. Turn the display mode to the lowest you possibly can
6. Turn it back to what you use and it should get on your main monitor
