Game Crashes at Arson - House of sticks.

In the Arson Case, House of Sticks, Kelso goes into the screening room and sees a projector in the middle of the room. Every time I activate the projector my game crashes and says "UNKNOWN: An unknown error has occurred. Please restart the game" I've tried verifying my game cache and change the DirectX 11 to 9. Has anybody run into this problem or knows a fix to it?

I ran into this recently too. I was playing using DS4Windows with a PS4 controller. I was able to get around this by starting up the game without DS4 running and the controller unplugged and I was able to watch the film on the projector. After you get out of the studio lot you can play with a controller like nornal.

@Askos thanks for the tip, I had to remove the controller until it goes to the Blue Room, otherwise even after the projector it would crash for me.
