Game not launching after the Launcher

After installing it and clicking the "Launch Game" option in the launcher, it just shows a window that says "L.A. Noire Loading..." and after that disappears, there's nothing. I really wanna play this game.

Same with me..Just downloaded and tried to start when this happened..Even disabled Antivirus and Firewall still no go....

I got it to work by launching steam in Admin mode but sad to say, I am seriously disappointed in this PC port as it runs slow asf. Refund if you can

Same here. In my case, launching steam as administrator helped. Also, it does run really slow, it's bareable, but you will notice it.

How i fixed it: I went to LA Noire game folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\L.A.Noire" and right clicked LANoire.exe > Properties > Compatibility > ticked 'Run this program as administrator' > OK. always launches moving forward now. No need to launch steam in admin mode.

hmm. Maybe try doing the same thing to LANLauncher.exe and LANPatcher.exe files in the same LA Noire game folder.
