Fallen Idol - Hopgood interogation glitch ?

I've seemed to encounter a glitch in the fallen idol case,

When interviewing Hopgood, I don't get the "Whereabouts of Bishop" question, not at the beginning and not after I ask the other questions.

After I finish the 3 questions:
Association with Bishop
Relationship with Ballard
Evidence of blackmail

The interview ends and I can't ask more questions, trying to talk to him again yields a "I have friends in the police and I won't be lean over" or seomthing alike.

I don't get the 4th questions, and I don't get the shootout and can't continue with the case, I've checked I haven't missed any clues in the previous locations and also checked again several WTs, all seems to be ok ...

Also restarted the entire mission a couple of times, didn't help .

Any one got this glitch as well ? Any ideas on how to advance from that point ?
