Weird faces

So it comes and goes, but it is in pretty much every single shot on every single face at some point, sometimes it is just this effect flickering, other times the faces are grossly distorted (scaled wrong and stretched into or away from the head). What the heck is this and how do I fix it? Alternatively, plis bring remastered version to PC kthx

did you push the game past 30fps? if so....This is what happens

I mean, my steam overlay was showing 30fps... but I will check the launcher next time, thanks

if you havent manually adjusted it through a work around, Then you are running at 30fps
