The Silk Stocking Murder
I'm stuck and I'm afraid it is a bug. I googled the solution of this level, but I can't follow it. I can't interrogate the husband because he isn't in the interrogation room. I can't interrogate the barkeeper because he doesn't talk to me after giving the letter. I can't visit the fruit market because it is closed. What's wrong with this game? I played this level at least four times and I get stuck everytime.

Did you make any progress? This is weird. Search for a walkthrough if it's that bad. Step by step.

No, I already have a walkthrough. The level isn't really hard. It is just impossible to do it. I also had already interviewed the suspect in interrogation room two. I also interviewed the barkeeper. But the fruit store is always closed. Now the suspect is not in the room and I cannot interview the barkeeper. How many times do I have to start again? This sucks. :-(

I don't know. Do all walk-throughs suggest doing it the way you do it?
It could be just some minor detail you missed.

Actually if you're stuck , press F and listen to your partner and he will tell you where to go.

Where i have been stuck it is because i missed a clue. In one case i picked up a book but failed to click on it to read what was written in the book. Once i went back and did that, i could progress.

A bit late, but I was stuck on this part too.
Turns out you had to leave the bar through the backdoor to trigger a scene.

Also you should read the letter in the bar till the end and speak with barman. After that interview with husband in police. And your partner will told to go to market

I think I did this. I don't know, what I did wrong. Maybe I give the game another chance after two years and try it again.

Funnily enough, I'm having this exact same problem now. I've only tried the once. It must just be a spontaneous bug.
