Options of Intuition greyed out

Hey there, I just bought the game and while playing I noticed that I the other options are greyed out in Intuition. That means I always have only the "Remove an answer" option available while all the others are greyed out and I can't choose one of them... other options are ask the Community
and Show all clues but they are greyed out and I checked and I’m logged in to social club so why is this happening ? please help ?

Dunno, maybe you need more intuition points, or maybe you just didn't find all clues at the crime scenes / interviews
