No Xbox One controller support?

I dont know why but the xbox one wireless controller worked without any problem for me. No special drivers or tools used.

I'm pretty sure Steam has controller configuration and mapping right? Or is it just for the Steam Controller and the Dualshock 4?

Try updating the firmware on your Xbox One controller. There is an app for doing this in the Windows Store on Windows 10, called Xbox Accessories.

Well I figured it out,Ps4 controller and ps4 adapter work fine, for some reason x1 won't work

xbox one controller (wireless) worked for me.

I had issues with it on mine, but I didn't mess with it too much. I seem to remember it somewhat working in game, but the main menu didn't work with it, I had to use the mouse.

I am sure the Xbox One controller works with this game in a Windows 10 environment... with the USB wireless adapter even. That is the only way I have been playing the game as of late and I have nothing bad to say about it. Sometimes I forget I am on the PC 0.o

Those of you that are not able to get it working, what operating system are you running?

Ive updated it, and still the same thing, even my Wired 360 controllers all updated.Weirdest thing

I play this game ocasionally since the release. Never had problem with Xbox controller. Now, this year every day is a different bug. This is really annoying. The problem is my steam is making my controller act like mouse now even not using big picture... he is replacing the original controller commands.

If its moving by itself your controller has a deadzone issue

Using the generic control option on steam instead of xbox fixed it for me.
