not pc due to bootlegs, 3rd party sellers and overall sales on websites and apps...which are much bigger and better compare to the consoles sales.. ... games get cheaper as well overall on pc vs consoles...
the market on pc is big but with certain titles...
COD for example was massive on the 360 but barely got any sells on pc during its time...
meanwhile team forterss was massive on here while on console it was just simply there.

But there are graphical changes and not minor. They used higher resolution textures in remaster, and that is what makes big difference (also advised better lighting computation). So remaster will have much sharper and crispier textures on same resolution and it is already visible in trailer. I saw crisp textures on things I remember was significantly blurred when I played that on PC.
I will not argue with you. I just see difference in texture quality and that impress me more than tons of other effects.
I don't know why you need to be so rude. I just said where I personally see improvements. Suggesting buying console for this is stupid. I just said there is reason why to patch PC version. It usually is litterally one hour job for R* to do that release, no matter if it is patch or separate game for any price. Then anyone can choose if it worth for him to buy it for collection or not. That's all.
Why you think it wouldn't? Game already was on PC, so it is platform ready. If they modified engine slightly and replaced textures, which is just data files, compiling new build for PC might need just switching output platform on Visual Studio or whatever they use, creating new exe and pack same data files like for consoles. I doubt they did so big changes in engine it would break PC compatibility which was there already.
it be a other terrible port
This is not how it works. At all.
Why not :)
