So Human Ballista occurs at the end of enemy movement, which is before enemy attacks, and so is part of the previous turn (so before any armour/block buffs happen) so it wouldn't negate the extra multi hit from Initiator
The kills also count as hero kills, so don't give other heroes exp through defensive training, and would heal the hero with vampire if you made the damage physical for example
I do want to question why you feel Human Ballista is an instant pick, it's a maximum of 2 extra kills per turn, which in comparison to what your multi hit build is probably already capable of, feels pretty insignificant and there are lots of perks that allow for more potential and combos?
Like my hero maxing Mana and damage buffs from having mana, and mana cost reductions can always benefit from two extra kills, same for my HP maxing vampire, same for my block and stun maxing tank character.
Its a good low bar for a perk consideration -- is this better than a human ballista?
