Opportunism+Poison?

Opportunism increases damage dealt to targets with debuffs, including poison. Does this mean that when poison deals damage, the poison damage gets a boost from Opportunism?

Maybe it works, but remember, poison isnt a debuff, it is a negative alteration.

Nope, it doesn't, %damage increase in general doesn't work on poison damage

No, the a poison doesn't increase with opportunism. Poison damage has its own increase.

But the damage with the spell should increase if they target is already poisoned or debuffed. However I don't think it works when a spell propagates backwards over the same target, only if the target already had something.
