do medals and traits stack?
Can I use the medal of human balista and the perk human balista together for example?

No. Tested with the poison duration trait. I had the medal for +100% poison damage -1 duration. When I picked up the perk, the medal didn't add extra poison damage or reduce duration further.

sad, missed opportunity devs to make some really fun stuff. I wanted to make a ballista human with 2 medals and a perk.
