how to rotate gate or buildings?

walls and gates auto-rotate themselves if you place them close to each other, but that's only visuals. Effectively wall is still a 1x1 blocker and gate is still a passable for heroes 1x1 wall.

Can u rotate skill zones somehow or not?Thx

The spread patterns of an ability depend on the direction from the hero, so in general you cannot rotate these AOEs. The only exception is when the pivot of the AOE is on the diagonal between 2 directions, then you can pick the preferred rotation
