Player dodge above 95%?
How does it work with enemy accuracy? Does going over 95% Dodge to combat enemies with high accuracy help? The AP on Dodge skill is amazing if the char doesn't get one-shot, but I'd like to work with all the info going into Apocalypse.

Having cap being 95 or 100% isn't a big difference because the biggest offenders to dodgers have +50% and over accuracy anyway and require some -accuracy debuffs to be tanked safely.

Dodge is capped at 95%. Anything above that is effectively wasted.

Block and armour are nice to have for a dodger in case he would be one shotted.(There are a few enemies that bypass it, but then perhaps dodge will save you.) Allthough i most of the time get my dodge, armour and block bonuses from the items i craft.

Thank you! I played Grim Dawn, so making a layered defence makes sense.

About the 95% max cap, is this cap "after reduced by enemy accuracy" or "before reduced by enemy accuracy" ?

Dodge really works well with Armor to soak up the occasional attack that goes through. The dodge cap is 95% so even if you go to say 120% dodge an enemy with 20% accuracy will have 25% chance to hit. However, you can enable the dodge by using skills that lower the enemy accuracy, which are Pillar of Light on the Power Staff and Suppressive Fire on the Rifle. Accuracy can go as low as -50% so you can debuff enemies so much they will never hit your dodge tanked hero.

Be warned there are attacks that are literally impossible to dodge so dont rely on it fully. Most of them are charge shots and the like though so you can avoid them a bit. Also if you get stunned it drops to 0.

The character did well overall, despite not being built perfectly. The poison healing perk sucks, lol. Still, I suspect that a block focused build would be safer, though you'd lose out on the wild AP perk.

+AP per dodge late game is surprisingly mediocre.
Or I guess +AP in general, because it is hard to compete with perks that give almost infinite AP (energized, legendary assassin).
Still, if you manage to secure a flock of archers to feed you AP it feels quite broken.

Legendary Assassin would probably still be amazing if it gave AP only every 5th solo kill. Anyway, my question has been answered. I'm out.
