Controller bug

Hi, im trying to enjoy the game but i cant, i bought the game to play relaxed on my bed with my controller since i work all day on my desk, so when i play i want to lay down.

the problem is that every time i finish a night and then try to get my item reward by pressing the green icon on the left panel (using the controller ofc) the game just freeze

please fix this one, if u need more info please ask and ill provide all the info i can

havent figured out how to. Controller seems a little off to me. Need to use with mouse

yeaa the thing is if i cant play without controller i dont really wanna play :C guess will get a refound and buy it again if they fix it

I wouldnt be shocked if theres a bug with controllers in general. I have one where the game thinks my controller is plugged in when its not so it locks me out of KBM inputs

yeaaa, sadly i just got myn money back fot this game i really wanted to play it but since i work all day sitting on my desk ¿i dont wanto to play it with keyboard an mouse

i'm a little more patient and can wait. I can use mouse and keyboard but Id rather not for this type of game. Also, at 47, the wasd controls of most games just kills my wrist after about 5 minutes.

i tried every button, the back buttons allouds you to go into the panel and select the reward icon by pressyng "A" and thats when the game just freeze :C any way

A lot of indies seem to really half ass controller support these days and never get around to fixing it.

I have the same problem, game freezes when I want to get the item reward.
Also, the movement function doesn't work now and then and the selection of the heroes who should receive mana or health from the buildings has the same problem.
I hope that the controller problems will be fixed soon.
I also own the game on the Switch, there have been no problems so far.

I had the problem, and it was the fact that it was detecting my switch controller through Windows. If it detected it through Steam instead, by activating Steam input manually for this game, the problem went away. Have you tried that. (Of course talking to everyone who still has the game.)

Still occurring on Steam Deck in December 2023. Game freezes when you try to open an item with the controller. Sad because it’s the only bug I’ve come across so far.
