Is Devil Engine ignition ever going to be released due to all the dev and publisher problems?

This happens across some of my runs. I've been using 4 credits on a run before I try anything like 1CCing the game, but there's an interesting issue. See, I have 4 credits set in the settings menu. However, across my run, I noticed that for some reason the credits number will reset back to 4 even though I had used some of my continues earlier. In other words, I randomly obtain EXTRA credits during my run when I don't want them. Is this a feature (am I getting credits somehow?) or is it a bug? Oh also f...

Obviously spoilers but I was wondering if the ending of Ignition (not a 1cc clear) implies that there is more if you do 1cc? Like a 2nd loop or a TLB? The kanji seems like it hints at it. Just curious :)
