i did some more experimentation and it turns out that the glitch isn't as specific as my discovery video makes it seem. i seems to be happening for me consistently no matter what i do. and i can't find references from any other people, about seeing this, but i do see that other people have fought (and died to) this infested creature, so i really wonder what could be happening to give me a different experience
