Edit: They added much more save-points (laptops) to save within the levels though. So that's cool.
Also the original intro-cutscene from the old Iron Storm now plays mostly over a radio call in the beginning that serves as the briefing.
"The levels were reworked and simplified, and character models were also improved." That is kinda good I think, as the more simplified levels allow a more straight-forward action experience. However, it's a subjective matter.
I may even finish the darn game this time. :D
