When Do Units Stop Being Offered?

I should have probably figured this out on my own at this (I've clocked in 400 hours at this point) by now. and it's shameful that I haven't, but when do we stop getting unit drafts? And I don't mean just banners, I mean in general including end of battle rewards. I can't find it out anywhere online, but I feel like it's at Ring 5 though I'm not quite sure.

Banner units (any unit that shows up in a Banner draft (i.e. Horned Warrior, Animus of Will, Wickless Baron, etc.) only show up in Banners. The last banner is the ring right after Talos/Daedalus. Non-banner units (Imps, Tombs, Channelers, etc.) can still show up anytime for the rest of the run. Though cards of 'Common' rarity will no longer show up after like the third battle, so you have no more hope of seeing things like Dripfall, Fledgling Imp, Razorsharp Edge, etc.

Hah, looks like I need to review banner units then. I thought they were units that came out of banners, I didn't realize they were all the clans uncommon and rare units and were the only source of them.

Well, there's a couple rare units that aren't Banner units, like Transcendimp. But yes, if it shows in a Banner, it only shows up in banners.

Ok, so your deck takes shape unit-wise after the first boss. I think I got it now.
