Ta-ta Talos

What clans and starter cards do you need to be able to get Ta-ta Talos (defeat Talos before her combat phase).

The only thing I can't think of is something with Inferno or maybe a perfect stygian offering setup?

Deranged brute with Shardtail Queen (Rally) and an hold over Ritual of Battle did wonders. Was very lucky to get Ember Statis, otherwise it wouldn't have been enough.

There's a number of ways to do it... I think I got it with Shardtail Queen and exil remnant, Flicker's Liquor, and a duped Consumer of Crowns.

Anything to do a lot of damage quickly will do it, really. Front-loaded is better than ramping. So big beatstick monsters is nice.

If you can get Shadowsiege, the tools to play it, and duplicate it and/or give it multiattack, that'll probably do it too. Or maybe Animus of Will with Ritual of Battle, and some floor moving spells(Hidden Passage/Restoring Retreat).

Also, I got it while climbing the covenant ranks... but achievements don't care about the game mode, if all want it the achievement you can make it easier on yourself by using mutators. Mutators like Highly Reactive, Puny Things, Seeing Double, and Duality all make it a lot easier.

Ah. Wasn't sure about that. Did it on cov 1 without mutators, but good to know these are possible.

superfood primordium with a double stacked furnace tap played turn 1/2 usually has gotten me all of these "kill boss before relentless round" achievements, even Seraph.

I've found alt Stygian works wonders on these achievements. Load em up with Frostbite before they join the battle.
