If that doesn't help, check to make sure you've got enough space on the harddrive or change where the game is installed to or try to run the game as Administrator.
It's definitely not a common problem, so it sounds like either there's not enough space for it to save or something about where it's installed is locking the game out of permission to create/change files.
But, I could just be way off base.
I have reinstaled it two times in different drives nothing
I can not find the file with the saves...
hit the hotkey win + r and type in '%appdata%' without quotes and hit enter. step back one folder from where it takes you and go into the folder named locallow. the save data for monster train is saved in the Shiny Shoe folder in another subfolder named Monster Train. rename that Monster Train folder to "MonsterTrain.old" and try to launch your game
